“When lockdown started I was looking for a new hobby to keep me busy (and away from the biscuit tin!). The workshops were really informative, fun and easy to follow. I love that I can keep going back to them. I feel like I have found a great new way to boost my immune system and I love that it benefits my partner as well. ” Joanne (London)
“Having taken part in one of Gillian’s online mindfulness classes in the past, I was really excited to see that she was offering this 1 to 1 service. Being a frontline worker, my stress levels had been quite high. Doing a session with her every week and then having little messages of support in between has really helped me to no end.” Katherine (Suffolk)
