Adapting from in-person to online

One to One’s

Service A – Aromatherapy Workshops

5 Online videos and 2 PDFs for you to work through at your own pace, in the comfort of your home. You will have to purchase some essential oils in order to get started (please email for more details). Other than this starter set we will be trying to make use of items you have around your home.


Service B – Chill with Gill

A 30 minute session using Video chat (mostly zoom) to have a one to one chill session. This could involve a guided meditation, “follow me” facial routine. or “follow me” self-massage routine, or a little mixture of all 3. These are available as a 1 off session or can be booked as a course of 4 x 40 minute weekly sessions.

Service C – Weleda skin care & wellbeing

A free 30 minute session using Zoom or WhatsApp consultation around Weleda skin care or Wellbeing and homeopathic products. Discover how these medical grade, organic, aromatherapeutic products can change your skincare regime. For more information on Weleda products, check out my webshop at

Service D – Self-care & Wellness Group

This is a 5 week course that enables you to evaluate where you are right now, in terms of your own self-care and wellness, considering where you want to be and developing tiny habits and practices that will help to form a bridge between these two places.
